The Senior Contracts Administrator is a skilled professional with detailed knowledge of contract formation and administration principles and concepts and has guided, developed, and influenced practice in Supply/Category Management including developing and leading contracting strategies from inception through award and close out for Services, Supplies, Engineering and Construction contracts. This role will assist with the development of an effective strategic sourcing strategy, develop application guidelines for vender selection, prepare RFx packages, coordinate and conduct vendor kick-off meetings, ensure compliance of company and corporate Contract Administration policies, support the warranty management process, and build and maintain business relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Under general supervision, the Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting management in areas of document control and project coordinating.   Objectives:  1.       Assists in the development process of policies and procedures, which may include but are not limited to writing, reviewing, and editing the documents. 2.       Establishes and maintains the Records Management System and assists in implementation of an electronic records system. 3.       Maintains the projects SharePoint. 4.       Oversees the issuing and tracking of Requests for Information. 5.       Coordinates and tracks all required training for employees in the business line. 6.       Maintains and tracks the project action items. 7.       Provides weekly reports of major activities to management. 8.       Supports management in meeting project needs and expectations. 9.       Performs special assignments as needed.
